For context, you can check the Modmium Telegram (you can find it on this site somewhere) Around Halloween, This site was down and not resolving, due to host provider issue, as far as I know, got some notices to this site's host and they have backups and move to another host. As far as I can tell, this new host also, does care about copywrite.
Copywrite, is designed to "protect" intellect "property" but can be abused too, as most hosting providers, usually would side with the claimant.
So to prevent "authors" from just sending notices about their "content" on this site, or using an automated system from Appsumo to do just that, and getting sites like these "disabled" - We should be looking into these more expensive, forms of hosting, like DMCA-ignore, or bulletproof hosting. This saves the hassle of moving sites and restoring from backups.
A Simple google search can easily list the hosts that you may choose from, I won't list them here, or endorse any.
Do note that DMCA-ignore hosts is usually more expensive, and also some low quality hosts may be taken down or something else can happen to it. At least with Most DMCA-ignore hosts, usually DMCA is not a reason to "disable" a site, usually that links to external content, (ie: Google Drive)
