Need help to read this Barcode

Hello guys, I have the following Problem. I'm on the trail of someone who cheated me out of my money. Unfortunately I only have a single reference to him. Namely a photo of a barcode he took. If I find out what's on the barcode, I might be able to trace it.

Unfortunately, my knowledge is not sufficient to read the fuzzy barcode. Can someone possibly help me with this? I would be very grateful.
